The social media services are all preparing for location, but the question is, are the retailers and destination businesses ready. I believe the answer is no. Look at what a wonderful free service Foursquare offers and how few businesses take advantage of it. If they don’t use services that have great features for nothing, who’s going to use services that charge a fee?
