As you hopefully know, I published a unique new eBook this month called Buying a House – Using Apps, Maps and Location Based Services. You can get it for Amazon Kindle for only $6.99 and if you are looking at buying a new house, this could be one of the best investments you make.
Now I’m starting on the international sequel which is about selling houses using apps, maps and location based services. This book is for everyone who is looking at selling a house. It doesn’t matter whether you are a private vendor or a real estate agent, the key is about the tools you have at your disposal.
I want to hear from ordinary people who have stories of how they have used the Internet or location based applications to help sell their houses. What worked? What didn’t work? What did you learn that you can share? Was this the first time you sold a house?
I want to hear from companies such as real estate agents or other industry businesses anywhere in the world, with apps, websites or other location based services.
I’m keen to hear about your solutions or solutions you have used that have been helpful. I want stories and experiences, not advertorial.
I will credit you or your company with a link if I use your story and I feel the link adds value. I’m looking for the latest information and innovations. For example, in my last blog I wrote about the new Kiwi website Hometopia which went live within days of my having published my latest book and missed out on getting featured. They are now getting good traffic from my blog on their website and will be included in the new book.
It is very likely if you have a site or app, anywhere in the world, that my books will bring you traffic. So if you want it, please let me know your stories. I’m also happy to share anonymous stories, so if you have tips or experiences from selling houses that you would like to share, but don’t want to be in the limelight, that’s fine too.
So how about it? Got a story to share for my next book? You can reply here or email me at email@example.com
