Nice feature. I’ve rented ski houses and batches before and often there are little bits of inside knowledge that make the stay a lot more friendly. Where’s the firewood, or the best place to eat? What day is the rubbish collection? What are some fun places to go to and where should I avoid? How do you use the universal remote on the TV?


I’m not totally sure I want the renters to be able to contact me personally and expect me to answer. I thought that was more a bureau sort of thing, but then off course the whole point is that you don’t need a bureau….
