I don’t know of the full extent of this Bill, but given that tracking a vehicle has to take second place to tracking someone’s mobile these days, why would you focus on tracking cars. The mobile is ubiquitous, the car isn’t. Seems a bit old school. If the focus is on GPS and not the vehicle, then I’m all for it.
