3 years ago I watched a guy in Denver Co try to board with his guitar as hand luggage and United wouldn’t let him. I had no choice in airline on that trip for the route I wanted, but I avoid them, just as I avoid Lufthansa after a horrendous trip from Munich to San Francisco.
This is the first time I have heard of an airline that cares about musicians. Thumbs up from me.
