United broke my guitar en route to Orlando and told me that it was my fault because my case must be faulty. They didn’t want to know. I was a brand new case full of nice padding to keep the guitar protected. They were quite rude to me when I complained about it. http://bit.ly/1PheQbp

3 years ago I watched a guy in Denver Co try to board with his guitar as hand luggage and United wouldn’t let him. I had no choice in airline on that trip for the route I wanted, but I avoid them, just as I avoid Lufthansa after a horrendous trip from Munich to San Francisco.

This is the first time I have heard of an airline that cares about musicians. Thumbs up from me.
